Where do we deliver?
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
How much does delivery cost?

These rates apply to home delivery and to pick-up point delivery. The exact amount is always shown before payment.
When will my order arrive?
We ship from our fulfilment centre in the Île-de-France region. We undertake to deliver your order no later than 5 working days after it is confirmed. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. For a subscription, each delivery ships on its scheduled date, which you can change from your account.
Late, lost or damaged parcel
If tracking has not moved for several days, if the delivery date has passed or if your parcel arrives damaged, email us at support@perdure.com: we will sort it out and, as you prefer, send your order again or refund you. Your rights in case of late delivery are set out in our terms of sale (section 7).
Returns
30-day money-back guarantee and 14-day right of withdrawal: everything is explained on our Returns and refunds page. We pay return costs for unopened pouches, and opened pouches do not need to be returned.
