Cancellation policy

How it works

You choose your dog’s size, then the delivery frequency and the number of pouches offered on the product page. Each delivery is charged at the subscription price shown when you subscribed, and delivery is free. Your card is charged on the day each delivery ships, and we send you a reminder email a few days before.

No commitment

The subscription has no minimum term. It continues at the frequency you chose until you cancel it. If we ever need to change its price or terms, we will email you at least 30 days before the payment concerned, and you can cancel free of charge before they apply.

Manage everything from your account

Open your subscription space with the “Manage my subscription” link at the bottom of every page, or from “Subscriptions” in your account. Whenever you like, free of charge, you can:

• change the frequency, the date of your next delivery or the number of pouches;
• change your delivery address or card;
• skip a delivery or pause the subscription, then resume it;
• cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks, from your subscription space (“Cancel” button), without having to create an account: you reach it through the “Manage my subscription” link at the bottom of every page, with a login link sent by email, or from your customer account. Before you confirm, we may offer you a pause or a change: you remain free to cancel. No need to email or call us, and no cancellation fee. We confirm the cancellation by email, with the date it takes effect and what it means: no further deliveries or payments after that date. To stop the next delivery, cancel before it ships; a delivery already shipped remains payable. If anything goes wrong, email us at support@perdure.com and we will sort it out.
